Outlets at Castle Rock:
At Outlets at Castle Rock, I served as the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, leading digital initiatives designed to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and strengthen connections between shoppers and retailers. My role centered on creating strategic, data-driven content that positioned the outlet as both a premier shopping destination and a community hub.
A key accomplishment was reviving Rockin’ Deals, a weekly sales feature highlighting current store promotions and limited-time offers. By aligning content directly with retailer sales, Rockin’ Deals became a consistent, high-impact touchpoint that encouraged engagement and increased in-store traffic. I also produced weekly short-form videos and reels showcasing the outlet, individual retailers, seasonal campaigns, and on-site events—bringing the shopping experience to life across social platforms.
In addition to social media, I played a hands-on role in redesigning and refreshing the LED display creative, designs that are still in use today. Positioned along a high-traffic corridor seeing over 140,000 vehicles per day, the LED signage served as a powerful promotional channel to spotlight store sales, events, and center-wide campaigns. I coordinated content across digital signage, social media, and influencer partnerships to ensure consistent messaging and maximum visibility.
I also planned and hosted giveaways, collaborated with local and regional influencers, and executed influencer campaigns to expand reach and attract new audiences. Through strategic storytelling, updated visual design, and multi-channel execution, I helped elevate the digital presence of Outlets at Castle Rock while delivering measurable value to both the center and its retailers.
